Rishad Tobaccowala is the Chief Growth Officer of the Publicis Groupe, an 80,000-employee firm comprising companies like Sapient Razorfish, DigitasLBi, Leo Burnett, Saatchi and Saatchi, Starcom, Zenith and many other companies dedicated to delivering marketing and business transformation. Rishad also serves on the Publicis Management Committee.
In his current role Rishad is responsible for supporting the leaders of the largest global Clients of Publicis Groupe to help their Clients grow in a transformative time and drives the global business development efforts of the firm.
Between July 2016 and June 2017 Rishad played a dual role of Strategy and Growth Officer of the Groupe adding the Growth role to his Strategy functions.
Between 2014 and 2016 Rishad was the Chief Strategist of the Publicis Groupe during which in tandem with the global CEO he helped drive the new strategy of the Groupe to move from a marketing communication to a marketing and business transformation firm and informed the re-organization of the Groupe from an Agency brand centric to a Client centric organization called the Power of One.
Prior to his Chief Strategist role, Rishad was the Chairman of DigitasLBi and Razorfish, two of the largest marketing transformation agencies in the world with over 11000 employees.
Over his 35-year career Tobaccowala has worked across almost every area of marketing including brand advertising, media, database, direct and interactive marketing. As a pioneer in digital marketing, Tobaccowala helped create one of the first interactive groups and digital agencies 20 years ago and has helped launch a series of initiatives over the years from groups focused on gaming, social, mobile and search engine marketing. Starcom IP, Play, Giant Step, SMG Search and Denuo are some of the brands Tobaccowala helped incubate.
Tobaccowala was named by BusinessWeek as one of the top business leaders for his pioneering innovation and TIME magazine dubbed him one of five “Marketing Innovators. He is the Ad Age Interactive Hall of Fame and has received a life time achievement silver medal award from the Chicago Ad Federation.
He serves on the board of Matomy an Israeli based outcome based digital performance company and an advisor to a host of companies in the venture capital and start up space include Greycroft Ventures, Abundant Ventures and Jana Mobile. Previous board roles include Audience Science and Snap (an Idealab company).
Rishad is also is chairman of The Tobaccowala Foundation, which helps over 10,000 people gain better access to health and education in India.

Earlier, Randall spent six years at The New York Times, where he was the technology and politics editor of the Sunday magazine, daily advertising columnist, and a media and marketing reporter. He is author of Where the Suckers Moon: An Advertising Story. He received a B.A. in Classics from Princeton University and resides in New York City.

Justin is responsible for scaling Waze's media products to local businesses across the United States and Canada. His focus is on building strategic partnerships to unlock new sales channels with traditional and digital media companies. Prior to joining Waze, Justin worked as a business development manager at Google, fueling acquisitions and revenue growth for Google’s Small/Medium Business team. Earlier in his career, Justin served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps Infantry and built an education technology startup with his two brothers. He earned a bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Mike is the President of Belo Business Intelligence, driving marketing, analytics, product development, strategy and sales infrastructure for A.H. Belo Corp. Prior to that, he was President of Speakeasy, a content marketing agency in joint venture with Belo. He founded Pegasus News, the largest single-market digital news purely and sold it to a publicly traded broadcaster. He has served in executive roles at American Lawyer Media and D Magazine. His most notable project is Accelerated Mobile Pages. Prior to his current role, he managed a large book of both traditional and non-traditional publishers in the United States, Canada and Brazil. Between 2003 and 2009, Russ worked at The New York Times, first as a Business Development Manager in the Advertising Department, an internal consulting position, and then as an advertising director for teams focused on growing print, online and mobile advertising revenue. He has an MBA in Marketing and Finance (with a focus on the media industry), plus experience in public relations as well as five years as a reporter covering Congress.
Tim is Senior Vice President of Corporate Business Development at Entercom Communications, the nation's second-largest radio company with 235 stations, live events, and digital assets that reach more than 100 million consumers across 48 markets. Prior to his current position, Tim was Vice President of Digital Strategy & Enterprise Platforms. Prior to Entercom, he served as Vice President of Strategic Marketing for Monster.com, as well as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Boston Globe Media, overseeing ad sales and marketing across traditional and digital distribution platforms. He also held positions at BostonWorks, Titleist and Footjoy Worldwide. Tim holds a bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.

Brett is Vice President of Digital Revenue for Sandusky Newspapers, which operates 12 community newspapers Utah, Michigan, Ohio, and Tennessee, and 31 websites, email newsletters, and a full-service digital ad agency. Brett began his career in the high-tech manufacturing business in Colorado for a timing and scoring company. In the mid 1980s his company began experimenting with the backbone of the Internet, trying to host timing events between universities. He moved into the media business in 2001 with Freedom Communications and later into a corporate role. He joined Sandusky in 2013 as vice president of digital for its North Tennessee Media Group. Bret is in charge of digital revenue for the group.
Angela is a partner development leader at IBM Watson Advertising, which offers agencies and marketers an ecosystem of media, data, and AI-powered technology solutions to help improve decision-making and reduce costs. She's responsible for driving digital revenue for local partners and publishers in more than 130 markets. Previously, Angela was the local partner manager for The Weather Channel, where she was the team lead in rolling out new local partners and markets. He started his career as a newspaper reporter and helped establish the first TV, newspaper, cable and network TV websites in the mid-1990s. He is chairman of the Local Media Association and is past president of the Newspaper Association of America's New Media Federation. He is married, has five children, and lives in Portsmouth, Virginia, where he has been active on boards and organizations supporting public education and community sports.
